This shows how to install ColdFusion MX on a Unix operating system such as Linux
in the “silent” mode using a “properties” file. Silent mode gives greater option
capabilities and using a properties file makes it easier to install CFMX on multiple
systems with the same installation settings.

A lot going on at Macromedia at present. They just released Flash Communication Server 1.5. The improvements include “support for HTTP Tunneling, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Linux, and MP3s; enhanced audio support and administration; and a new, improved model for adding capacity”.
