Steve Nelson Joins Webapper

Filed under: Miscellaneous — Tags: — Patrick Quinn @ 2:22 pm

Moving right along with our current string of big announcements–we’re excited to announce that Steve Nelson has joined Webapper as a Senior Web Architect. Among other things, Steve will be working alongside Nat Papovich in our development practice. In addition to creating the Fusebox framework in 1997, Steve has been a member and contributor in the broader ColdFusion community since its inception–speaker, author, product developer, etc. And many of you will note that Webapper is now home to two of the leading lights from the Fusebox community. Expect to see our “Got Fusebox?” ads soon!

  1. Gee, Steve and Nat back together again? Is the community ready for that? ;)

(At least that was my first thought when Steve told me he was joining Webapper the other week.)

  2. Heya Dan. Yeah, that was our thought, too! We originally worried that no office would be big enough to contain their two considerable craniums. But, fortunately, Webapper has been a virtual company from the start, so that means we have all of cyberspace to house them. Fingers crossed…
    Best,
    Patrick

  3. Yeah the worst part about working with Nat is that i have to drain his brain fluid from time to time.

    Gross.

  4. Is that anything like emptying the grease fryers at McDonalds? ;)

  5. Kinda. It’s a *little* higher quality than what McDonalds uses… but not much.

Dan, are you coming to Vegas?

  6. This is such marvelous news and as always I wish everyone such great succes. FuseBox was very instrumental in the growth of Webapper phase 1. What a team you are building over there.
