We have consolidated our coding guidelines and taken much of what Sean Corfield has already published in version 2.0 of his guidelines. We added our internal guidelines and published them here. All developers working with Webapper follow these guidelines and they are a living and growing entity.
Microsoft has a nice looking utility which allows you to create security scenarios with IIS with different combinations of browsers, authentication settings etc.

Sysinternals have a superb range of Utilities for testing monitoring and tuning Windows NT, 2000 and XP systems.They also have items for Windows desktop versions such as 98, ME etc. Take a look, it is well worth it.

Low level debugging is often a must in Enterprise level ColdFusion applications. The Ethereal Network Protocol Analyzer is free and is a marvelous utility which allows viewing of summary and detail information for each TCP packet.
